Job Summary: The Quality
Assurance Coordinator will ensure
effective development and mainstreaming of (integration of quality assurance
/Continuous Quality Improvement principles and practices) a functional Quality
Assurance Strategy for effective service delivery across MUg and supported
programmes so as to promote and sustain excellence in programme planning and
implementation.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Mildmay
Quality Assurance Coordinator job opportunity must hold a bachelor’s
degree in Demography, Statistics, Social Science or Development Studies - At least three years’ experience in
M&E/Research/Quality Assurance - Previous exposure and experience in
M&E, Quality Assurance & Research - Demonstrable knowledge of Quality
Assurance, M&E, Research, Data quality management systems, - Advanced computer knowledge
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
skills, - Good teaching/presentation skills;
- Highly analytical and good decision making
skills; - Good problem solving skills;
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in various MS office packages. - Show commitment to quality and excellence,
and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - Highly flexible and reliable
- Evidence of a non-judgemental approach
regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical. - The ideal applicant should uphold the
Christian ethos of Mildmay Uganda.
