Job Summary: The Quality
Assurance Coordinator will  ensure
effective development and mainstreaming of (integration of quality assurance
/Continuous Quality Improvement principles and practices) a functional Quality
Assurance Strategy for effective service delivery across MUg and supported
programmes so as to promote and sustain excellence in programme planning and
implementation.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Mildmay
    Quality Assurance Coordinator job opportunity must hold a bachelor’s
    degree in Demography, Statistics, Social Science or Development Studies
  • At least three years’ experience in
    M&E/Research/Quality Assurance



  • Previous exposure and experience in
    M&E, Quality Assurance & Research
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Quality
    Assurance, M&E, Research, Data quality management systems,
  • Advanced computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication (oral and written)
    skills,
  • Good teaching/presentation skills;
  • Highly analytical and good decision making
    skills;
  • Good problem solving skills;
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
    in various MS office packages.
  • Show commitment to quality and excellence,
    and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Highly flexible and reliable
  • Evidence of a non-judgemental approach
    regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
  • The ideal applicant should uphold the
