Job Summary: The Manager
Mobile Banking will plan, develop and implement the Financial Inclusion
strategy to support growth of Mobile Banking and develop targeted initiatives/
partnerships in line with the banks Financial Inclusion Strategy objectives.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Formulate plans and strategies to drive
    uptake /usage of mobile banking, support the design and roll out of mobile
    banking policies, processes and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor and track the
    performance of mobile banking to ensure increased usage and uptake
  • Support the branch network to ensure
    delivery of set targets in the area of mobile banking and carryout market
    intelligence for new innovations and use information to drive continuous
    improvement of mobile banking.
  • The incumbent will draw and implement
    strategies to increasing numbers of active subscribers, utilization of all
    existing and any new mobile solutions.
  • Enhance the channels with new services and
    develop strategic partnerships with third parties.
  • Continuously check the network for
    visibility gaps and work to ensure that these are addressed
  • Support Business Development Division to
    ensure proper branding of all points of Sale/business transactions
  • Support creation of marketing materials
    and activities and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure
    standardization of Branding.
  • Support market activations.
  • Carry out coaching and support the various
    training initiatives of Branch teams to address any knowledge gaps in the
    area of mobile banking /New related products rolled out.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with all
    partners and branch network.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank
    Manager Mobile Banking job placement should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
    any Discipline
  • At least five years’ experience in related
    business /sales role and two years at leadership level(Team management)
  • Customer-focused
  • Business awareness
  • Good product knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both
    orally and in writing
  • Goal oriented
