Job Summary: The Information
Technology Officer will be responsible for the day to day running of the GHU IT
department.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the ongoing design,
implementation, administration and maintenance of the organization’s
website and networking infrastructure. - Responsible for system troubleshooting,
systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery. - Responsible for the administration and
maintenance of computer stations, servers, printers and software across
the organization. - Responsible for setting up laptops/desktops
for projects under the organization. - Responsible for creating network and email
accounts. - Responsible for inventory management of
software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies. - In charge of the purchasing of software,
hardware and other IT supplies as approved by management. - Promote responsible usage and care of
company equipment. - Participate in data management.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Information
Technology Officer job should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information
Technology or Computer Science. - A minimum of three years of
post-graduation’ experience - Knowledge of SPSS and STATA. Data
management experience is an added advantage. - Excellent organization and planning skills
with ability to handle work in an efficient and timely manner. - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Ability to multi-task.
