Job Summary: The ICT Systems
Administrator will provide support and work with the ICT Manager in ensuring
the existence of an appropriate and functional Hardware/Software Technology
infrastructure to facilitate communications on MUg activities, access to
information on organisational services /events and programme update by MUg
stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Mildmay ICT
Systems Administrator job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
information Technology or Computer Science with profession qualifications
i.e. CCNA/MCSA/ or Post graduate training in software
engineering/networking/database administration - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
Job related experience and knowledge: - At least three years’ experience in ICT
administration and support - Knowledge of networking protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
skills, - Good teaching/presentation skills;
- Highly analytical and good decision making
skills; - Good problem solving skills;
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in various MS office packages. - Show commitment to quality and excellence,
and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - Highly flexible and reliable
- Evidence of a non-judgemental approach
regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical. - The ideal applicant should uphold the
