General Medical Services; also providing Health Systems Strengthening to scale
up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of Central Uganda.
Job Summary: The Client
Information Assistant will provide information on the process for accessing
care and treatment services at MUg main site as well as ensure the clients’
waiting area is appropriately furnished with necessary logistics to assure
clients’ expectations for quality services
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Mildmay Client
    Information Assistant job opportunity must hold an Ordinary Level School
    Certificate
  • Certificate in Customer Care
  • One year of experience in Customer Care or
    Public Relations
  • Previous experience of working in a health
    care setting
  • Experience of working independently and in
    a team
