- The ideal candidate for the Lutheran World
Relief (LWR) Civil Engineer career placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil
engineering - A minimum of four to six years of
practical experience in the above-mentioned area. - Broad knowledge and working experience in
rights- based approach to development and project cycle management. - In addition, gender sensitivity, knowledge
on accountability, networking and facilitation skills are additional
requirement for the position. - The person should have Excellent language
Command both in English and some local languages (written and speaking).
