• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and
  annual accounts in line with IFRS
• Supervise the data input process and
  journal entries in tally/SAP system Preparation of VAT returns/PAYE
  returns/WHT and Income tax returns electronically using URA Web portal
• Supervise the conduction of stock taking
  exercise and preparation of stock valuation reports
• Assist the sales team in the collection of
  overdue amounts from customers and regular customer reconciliations
• Tasked with the preparation of Bank
  reconciliation statements using tally/SAP system
• Attending to both external and Internal
  Auditors and responding to audit issues
• Supervise the preparation of the monthly
  payroll for staff and posting payroll entries in the system

• The ideal candidate must hold a CPA with B.com (Accounting) or its
  Equivalent
• At least three years’ working experience
  preferably in a large manufacturing firm at a senior level
• Ability to independently plan and execute
  tasks
• Good team player with excellent
  interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly analytical, accurate and lateral
  thinker
• Hands on experience in the use of
  computerized accounting software Tally ERP 9; SAP is desired
