partners as a strategy for building humanitarian preparedness and response
capacity within the organisations.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Tasked
with office / compound management - Provide
support in routine physical count of property and assets and
maintain updated register, documenting discrepancies from the previous
inventory - Manage
stores ensuring frequent update of stock records. - Work
closely with Finance Officer to manage casual staff payments. - Assist
the Logistics Officer in compiling invoices, invoices and quotations
for payments to send to Kampala head office
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Oxfam Logistics
Assistant job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics from a recognised university - A
minimum of two years’ experience and knowledge in logistics management - Previous
exposure and experience working in partnerships an added advantage - Previous
experience of emergency and development work, and an understanding of
relevant issues.
