financial inclusion by extending financial services to the un-served and
underserved, now with over 212,000 borrowing clients, over 150Bn loan book with
98% recovery rate, operationally and financially self sustaining.
Job Summary: The Treasury
Manager will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, planning and managing
the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent
with the objectives of BRAC.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Take overall leadership and oversight of
    the treasury operations department.
  • The incumbent will manage control and
    monitor cash flows and/ daily liquidity management.
  • Tasked with the management of BRAC’s
    funds, capital planning and allocation.
  • The incumbent will evaluate investment
    proposals and advise management on the most viable alternatives to ensure
    the best returns for institutional sustainability.
  • Professionally advise management on
    treasury matters.
  • Performs any other or related duties as
    assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the Treasury
    Manager job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in accounts,
    business, finance 
  • At least five years’ experience in banking
    or microfinance with hands or treasury.
