government decisions on resource mobilization and utilization for equitable and
sustainable development.
Job Summary: The Results and
Knowledge Management Specialist (RKM) will be responsible for monitoring and
evaluating initiatives, programs and projects, both new and established,
providing accountability and ensuring efficiency and success from start to
finish. The incumbent will be charged with establishing, modifying and
monitoring key performance indicators to report and record physical progress
for specific programs and projects at CSBAG, ensuring agreed deliverables are
met. He/she will oversee implementation of and operation of the CSBAG M&E
system
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Steer
    all M&E initiatives at CSBAG including management of the M&E system
  • The
    incumbent will oversee regular and quality data collection, verifications
    and validations
  • The
    incumbent will record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data
    in a safe and accessible way
  • Keenly
    analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
  • Offer
    technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to
    CSBAG members and Partners.
  • Promote
    documenting results and sharing results among key stakeholders
  • Actively
    participate in organization’s planning process, budgeting and fundraising
    unit
  • Responsible
    for the development of CSBAG performance reports.
     
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
    Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or other
    relevant academic background (essential), Master’s Degree
    (desirable)
  • A
    minimum of five years of relevant work experience (essential), background
    in a consulting role (desirable)
  • At
    least three to five years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience
    (essential)
  • Capacity
    to produce high-quality briefs and reports in English
  • Demonstrated
    ability to design M&E tools, surveys, surveillance systems, and
    evaluations
  • Demonstrated
    ability to train and build capacity of others
