Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Safe quality production: Enhance consistent quality of
production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice
systems, validating documentations and managing staff. - Maintenance of Equipments: Coordinating
and procuring suitable lab equipments. - Documentation: Prepare quality
documentation read reports by collecting and summarizing information and
trends including failed processes, stability studies and recalls. - KPIs and Targets:
- Tasked with planning,
monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions, enforcing
policies. - Achieve quality control
operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to
strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans. - Establish critical limits,
monitor procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures. - Safety at work place:
- Develop quality assurance
plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points
and preventive measures. - Procuring safety gears for
lab staff. - Staff Management: Recruits,
selects and train assign, schedule, couch, counsel and discipline
employees and communicate job expectations.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Dairy Science
and Technology, Total Quality Management. - At least five years’ experience in Food
and Dairy Industry. - Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, 22000: 2005,
OHS and EMS and Auditing is an added advantage. - Good leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills - Good decision making skills
- Problem solving techniques
- Good team player
