Job Summary: The Power Plant
Operator will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and repair,
including daily logs, preventive maintenance tasks, and reporting requirements.
The incumbent will provide equipment inspection, maintenance tasks,
troubleshooting and diagnoses of plant equipment and systems.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Power Plant Operator should possess an
Installation Permit Class Z for small hydro power plant operations issued
by Electricity Regulatory Authority of Uganda. - Hold a certificate in electrical or
electronic technical course from a recognized institution. - Excellent verbal and written
communications skills in English - Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in
Microsoft Office Package and E-mail. - Good problem solving and decision making
skills. - Age: Between 25 to 45 years.
