• The Personnel Officer will make sure that
  the company human resources policies and procedures are well interpreted,
  implemented and complied with for 
  smooth running of the company.
• Support the HRM in the day to day running
  the HR department.
• Regularly monitor and detect workers’
  grievances and promptly reporting them to the HR manager.
• Ensure workforce compliance of the
  disciplinary code of conduct.
• The incumbent will also interpret
  management policies, rules and regulations, circulars, directives and the
  collective agreement to the works.
• Prepare and arrange disciplinary sessions
  for those who are suspended to give them fair hearing within the specified
  time period.
• Work closely with HoDs/Hos and ensure that
  good standards of behaviour at work are in place
• Ensure that there s accurate an reliable
  data for decision making.
• Administer staff appraisal up to merit
  award stage.

• The ideal candidate should preferably hold
  a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or social works and social
  administration with a bias in Human resource management.
• Possession of a Master’s degree in human
  resources management or a related field with a bias towards HRM/CIPD.
• Professional qualification of Chattered
  Institute of Personnel and Development.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in managing personnel of which two should
  be  gained at senior level.
• Good analytical skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Age: Above 30 years
