Laboremus Uganda offers customized software solutions focusing on banking,
finance and mobile. We specialize in digital solutions for financial inclusion,
innovation and data analysis. Laboremus is an authorized cloud reseller by
Microsoft and offers IT support services, Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM
and Dynamics Navision implementation.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • The incumbent will be the face of
    Laboremus presenting the company towards our clients.
  • Keenly interact with our clients in
    written and oral communication as well as in client meetings.
  • The jobholder will manage client IT
    projects and allocate and delegate the right internal resources.
  • The incumbent will attend events and
    support the sales team to acquire new clients.
  • Ensure that at any given time the quality
    of Laboremus’ services to the clients are at the highest standards.
  • The incumbent will evaluate client
    feedback and translate it into action.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on
    budget and to the outmost satisfaction of the client
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should preferably hold
    a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical subject such as electrical
    engineering, telecommunications, etc.
  • At least three years of sales and / or
    project management experience.
  • Broad knowledge and solid technical
    understanding and ability to propose the best solutions for the clients.
  • Familiarity with cloud and server
    technologies.
  • Highly confident in dealing with clients
    and always stay professional
  • Possess outstanding communication skills
    in written and oral communication
  • Possess the ability to develop and
    strengthen networks and relationships
  • High quality standards and always strive
    to improve processes.
  • Have first leadership experience and feel
    confident to delegate tasks.
  • Highly pro-active, pay attention to detail
    and a reliable team player
