Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will be the face of
Laboremus presenting the company towards our clients. - Keenly interact with our clients in
written and oral communication as well as in client meetings. - The jobholder will manage client IT
projects and allocate and delegate the right internal resources. - The incumbent will attend events and
support the sales team to acquire new clients. - Ensure that at any given time the quality
of Laboremus’ services to the clients are at the highest standards. - The incumbent will evaluate client
feedback and translate it into action. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, on
budget and to the outmost satisfaction of the client
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical subject such as electrical
engineering, telecommunications, etc. - At least three years of sales and / or
project management experience. - Broad knowledge and solid technical
understanding and ability to propose the best solutions for the clients. - Familiarity with cloud and server
technologies. - Highly confident in dealing with clients
and always stay professional - Possess outstanding communication skills
in written and oral communication - Possess the ability to develop and
strengthen networks and relationships - High quality standards and always strive
to improve processes. - Have first leadership experience and feel
confident to delegate tasks. - Highly pro-active, pay attention to detail
and a reliable team player
