Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Bata Uganda
    Institutions Officer (Sales Representative) should hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in; Marketing, Science in Marketing, business administration,
    majoring in Marketing OR any related Business field.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience
    practicing marketing from a reputable organisation with traceable
    performance references.
  • S/he must be a high caliber performer and
    team player.
  • Possession of a valid Driving Permit is a
    MUST preferably for a motor bike.
  • Excellent performing, Organisational and
    customer relations skills.
  • Full knowledge of the central region and
    the central business district.
  • Knowledge of footwear will be added
    advantage.
  • Highly flexible, self-starter, confident
    and an effective communicator.
  • Keen interest in inter-relationship
    building and maintenance will be an added advantage
  • Age: Below 35 years
