- The ideal candidate for the Bata Uganda
Institutions Officer (Sales Representative) should hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in; Marketing, Science in Marketing, business administration,
majoring in Marketing OR any related Business field. - A minimum of three years’ experience
practicing marketing from a reputable organisation with traceable
performance references. - S/he must be a high caliber performer and
team player. - Possession of a valid Driving Permit is a
MUST preferably for a motor bike. - Excellent performing, Organisational and
customer relations skills. - Full knowledge of the central region and
the central business district. - Knowledge of footwear will be added
advantage. - Highly flexible, self-starter, confident
and an effective communicator. - Keen interest in inter-relationship
building and maintenance will be an added advantage - Age: Below 35 years
