About Compuscan CRB:
Compuscan CRB is an international credit bureau organisation providing
credit risk services to the financial sector in Uganda under license by Bank of
Uganda.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Provide Leadership, strategic and
    operational directions to the Information Integrity Department.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the
    department Draft
  • The incumbent will review and update the
    departmental policies
  • Organize internal and external customer
    trainings relating to consumer requests, data integrity, disputes and
    related matters
  • Tasked with departmental policy
    implementation and adherence
  • Responsible for departmental information
    management
  • Identify departmental risks
  • Carry out customer visits and meetings
  • Prepare and submit periodical reports
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must for the
    Information Integrity Manager job placement must hold a  Bachelor’s degree in any Arts discipline
  • Possession of a qualification in
    management and leadership is an added advantage
  • Extensive knowledge regarding credit reference
    bureau operations is an added advantage
  • At least two to three years’ experience in
    a similar or related role
  • Computer literacy i.e. proven and
    excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Conflict Management
  • Team Membership ability
  • Personal Leadership
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Personal impact
  • Good organisational and administrative
    skills
  • Skilled in prioritizing and Multi-tasking
  • Good mediation and negotiation skills
