Responsibilities:
- Provide Leadership, strategic and
operational directions to the Information Integrity Department. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the
department Draft - The incumbent will review and update the
departmental policies - Organize internal and external customer
trainings relating to consumer requests, data integrity, disputes and
related matters - Tasked with departmental policy
implementation and adherence - Responsible for departmental information
management - Identify departmental risks
- Carry out customer visits and meetings
- Prepare and submit periodical reports
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must for the
Information Integrity Manager job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any Arts discipline
- Possession of a qualification in
management and leadership is an added advantage - Extensive knowledge regarding credit reference
bureau operations is an added advantage - At least two to three years’ experience in
a similar or related role - Computer literacy i.e. proven and
excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Good communication skills
