Experience:
- The applicant should for the HR Officer
job placement preferably hold an HR degree qualification or industrial
psychology in a related field. - At least three to five years relevant
experience working in East Africa. - Relevant experience in grievance and
disciplinary handling - Ability to understand labor laws
- Broad knowledge and understanding of
current HR practices and policies - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build senior relationships.
- Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in MS
word, internet and email. - Ability to work against tight work
schedule
