Accounts Representative – On trade is a key liaison between UBL and trade partners and is
expected to have high levels of respect/contact required. He / she will manage
and grow accounts from a sales and relationship management context. The
incumbent wins, maintains and expands relationships with channel partners in
order to drive sales, profitability and partner recruitment objective
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with order Generation and order
placement with an aim to drive the business set target on volume and NSV. - Responsible for relationship management
and maintenance as a key role between the customer and the business for
which channel management is heavily reliant. - Maintain and grow recurring sales
opportunity with existing customers - Accounts Reconciliation and credit
management for the credit customers. - Define and deliver stretching channel
business plans and the strategy for their implementation around a total
alcohol, one portfolio approach - The incumbent will identify emerging trade
trends and insights. Able to build
activity plans at Key Accounts level and innovatively implement at retail
& Build channel partner
training and development plans in conjunction with sales training
(one portfolio beer and spirits) - Develop CDOS plans and activities matching
brands with opportunities; - Ensure compliance with safety requirements
at the work environment;
Experience:
- The Key Accounts Representative – On trade
must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent - A minimum of two years’ experience in a
fast paced FMCG company - Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written. - Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute
assignments. - Good presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, written
and oral communication skills - Familiarity with a variety of the field’s
concepts, practices, and procedures & Numerics and basic financial
management. - Highly motivated, self-starter with a
proactive personality who is able to work independently or with a team. - Keen attention to detail and follow up
skills & Can do attitude & team player with ability to work
closely with team members across the organization & to influence
others to achieve sales goals. - Results orientated, self-motivated
professional that can identify prospect clients as well as maintain
existing contracts. - Ability to build lasting relationships
with customer; - A high degree of creativity and latitude
is expected.
