About Compassion Project:
Busolwe Discipleship Transformation Worship Centre together with Uganda
Assemblies Of God Katajula are Christ centered Evangelical churches committed
to fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in
Matthew 28:16-20. They are currently working in partnership with Compassion International
in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in
Jesus name.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Be a Christian role model for the
children, their families and communities; - The incumbent will also ensure timeliness
and quality of child to sponsor correspondence, child information
documents and materials; - Provide support in implementing holistic
Child development program; - The incumbent will coordinate sponsor
tours and visits; - Be in charge of child program attendance
monitoring and - Attend to other tasks assigned by Project
leadership.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Child Development Officer – Sponsor
Donor Relations (SDR) should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social work,
Education, public administration, Communication or any related disciplines - Formal training in counseling and child
development will be an added advantage - Proven integrity in personal and public
life in line with the Christian values - Must be a mature devoted Born-Again
Christian and Experience with Vulnerable Children Ministry is an added
advantage - Age: Between 22 – 35 years
