Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Execute Pharmacy standard operating
procedures (SOP’s) according to NDA (National Drugs Authority) regulations
and recommendations - Adhere to all local, national and MSF
guidelines; report all discrepancies, issues and illegal activity,
including robbery, theft or fraud to the line manager. - The jobholder maintains medical/pharmacy
inventory and records by checking medical/pharmacy stock to determine
inventory level; anticipating the supplies; expediting orders; verifying
receipt; removing expired drugs. - Ensures correct disposal of all medical
supplies, complying with environmental health regulation following the
SOP’s in place. - Supports the Pharmacist on the preparation
of the importation file to be submitted to the National Drugs Authority
(NDA).
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in
Pharmacy or any medical related studies. - MSF Experience is an asset
- Results and Quality orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills:
- Good organisational skills, independence,
flexibility, initiative, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and
multi-cultural environment, good physical condition. - Ability to summarise, to work
independently; - Good stress management and
resourcefulness; - Honesty and ability to prioritise tasks;
- Language: English mandatory and
knowledge of French is a plus.
