Programmes will oversee strategic program planning, design, implementation and
monitoring and evaluation in line with the Programme Quality Procedures. The
incumbent will also be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting all
Programmes, Sponsorship, Monitoring and Evaluation to ensure the delivery of
quality and integrated programming in line with the country strategy, as well
as organizational standards, frameworks, and procedure.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold extensive
knowledge and experience in managing development programs with preference
towards disaster response and large and complex budgets. - Demonstrable knowledge on key issues in
development regarding Global Goals, UNCRC and CEDAW particularly around
child rights. - Excellent knowledge of strategic planning
process. - Working knowledge of effective
participatory MER systems and processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, including presentation and public speaking
