Job Summary: The Branch
Manager will take overall leadership of the Branch team. The incumbent
supervises all the operations of the Branch in line with the institutional
policies and procedures. The incumbent will plan, coordinate and manage the
business growth and development of the savings of the Branch by supervising and
monitoring performance of staff in line with the strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will plan and coordinate
Branch office activities in line with FINCA Uganda’s growth objectives. - Regularly monitor the daily banking
activities ie account opening and back office operations among others in
line with Banking policies and procedures. - Manage and supervise the human resources
of the Branch and maintain high levels of staff productivity and FINCA (U)
customer services. - Manage effective implementation of
internal controls in line with FINCA (U) set policies and procedures. - Prepare and submit periodic performance
reports as per the reporting schedule of the Branch activities on a
monthly, weekly basis.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant for the Branch Manager job
placement must have at least three years of related experience in Micro
Finance. - Skills in business management,
- Good credit analytical skills and
- Financial Management Skills.
- Working knowledge about Banking and Credit
management will be an added advantage
