Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant for the Aga Khan Education
Service (AKES) Careers and Guidance Counselor should hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Guidance and Counselling, or any other relevant degree. Post
graduate education is an added advantage. - At least five years’ experience in a
similar position preferably in a multicultural school setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English. - Proven experience in career guidance and
counselling. - Excellent interpersonal skills to deal
effectively with diverse groups of people.
