Job Summary: The Sales
Medical Representative directly represents Mylan one of our esteemed suppliers
through Kimsy Meds ltd to Prospects and Customers. He/ She will actively
contribute to the broad marketing strategy across the country.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will identify Sales and
marketing opportunities in the territories assigned to improve sales as
per the assigned product portfolio. - Tasked with gathering competitor
information and conducting market research for comparative analysis. - In charge of assessing the client’s needs
and providing suitable promoting products to clients for better
positioning of the company in the market. - Work closely with and persuade targeted
doctors to prescribe company products through use of effective selling
skills. - Work with the entire sales team as well as
the Line managers to set targets, developing strategies for implementation
to ensure achievement of the set
targets. - Keep accurate records and documentation
for reporting, follow-up and feedback purposes. - Making presentations to doctors, nurses,
Pharmacists among others through organising conferences, CME’s among
others. - Provide support in managing of the budget
to ensure that funds are utilised as specified. - Playing the primary role of Inventory
management for products ensuring no expiries or stock outs. - Tasked with monitoring and analysing of
market data and conditions to identify competitive advantage. - Maintaining knowledge of new developments
and communicating the same to management including both negative and
positive impacts on the company as a whole.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicants should hold a bachelor’s
degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Nursing, and Microbiology. - At least five years of related experience
in a reputable company. - Proficiency skills in Computer Usage
- Good communication skills both Oral and
written - Ability to work under minimum supervision.
