Job Summary: The Livelihoods
Assistant will provide support to ensure the successful implementation of
cash-based and other livelihood interventions, including agricultural
development, market and business development, IGAs, cash for work, vocational
skills training, and VSLA. The incumbent plays a key role in the field with
community mobilisation, beneficiary and vendor registration and verification,
and monitoring of and support to field activities.
Assistant will provide support to ensure the successful implementation of

Livelihoods Assistant job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, economics, business development,
forestry or other relevant discipline - A minimum of two years’ experience working with agricultural development, IGAs,
market and business development, vocational skills training, and cash
based interventions. - Previous
exposure and experience in environmentally friendly and energy
saving technologies for agriculture and income generating activities - Prior
experience in using mobile technologies, including MMT - Excellent
communication skills and ability to write good reports - Previous
experience with other local and international NGOs - Knowledge
of local languages
