Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Managerial job
placement should have a broad background in development or management
(affinity with microfinance and financial inclusion an advantage) - Structured, excellent planner and reporter
- Ability to motivate others and provide
them the tools for increasing effectiveness and efficiency - Able to independently grow the operations
according to the methodology of the company - Skilled in building and maintaining
relationships with clients and partners - Level-headed, calm, reliable
- With their head screwed on the right way
- Excellent organizer: thinks of everything
- Ability to use light, practical systems
(informal reporting formats, quick personal feedback) - Ability to communicate at different levels
(from village level to national organisations)
