lift people out of poverty through innovative, appropriate interventions that
are given shape by the people who will benefit from these interventions. We are

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Managerial job
    placement should have a broad background in development or management
    (affinity with microfinance and financial inclusion an advantage) 
  • Structured, excellent planner and reporter
  • Ability to motivate others and provide
    them the tools for increasing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Able to independently grow the operations
    according to the methodology of the company
  • Skilled in building and maintaining
    relationships with clients and partners
  • Level-headed, calm, reliable
  • With their head screwed on the right way
  • Excellent organizer: thinks of everything
  • Ability to use light, practical systems
    (informal reporting formats, quick personal feedback)
  • Ability to communicate at different levels
    (from village level to national organisations)
