Job Summary: The Legal
Counselor will guide the Company on all legal matters relating to its role as
FMCG.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Attending Executive Committee and General
Meetings of the Company, when requested. - Guiding on changes to Uganda legislation
relating to the Company’s operation. - Maintaining an overview on the on-going
effectiveness of legal aspects and advising on changes, as required. - Representing/arranging for appropriate
representation on behalf of the Company in all instance where legal action
is involved, affecting the Company.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in LLB & Post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. - At least three years of related work
experience as Legal Counsel in busy business environment. - High degree of Professional
confidentiality .integrity, ethics & Persuasiveness - Excellent knowledge & understanding of
Criminal & Corporate Law & Procedures - Sound judgement and ability to analyse
situations & information.
