They seek to recruit for a valuable client, an early childhood education centre.
Childhood Education Centre Administrator will take a lead role in creating a loving,
nurturing, learning environment for the children in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire confidence and respect of staff,
parents and students - Demonstrate the ability to motivate,
engage and develop a strong team - Support schools mission and goals
- Monitor school enrolment and use the
information in effective planning of the program and staffing - Create an aesthetically pleasing and
positive environment for staff, parents and students - Maintain good rapport and communicate in a
positive manner with staff, parents and students - Demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to
early childhood education - Support and implement school policies,
procedures and regulations - Meet schedules and deadlines
- Conduct performance evaluations and
provide objective feedback to staff - Exercise appropriate decision making
- Train, encourage, and mentor teachers
Experience:
- The applicant should be a graduate in
Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a
closely related field - Good communication of English Language
- Great communication and interpersonal
skills are essential - Deep love for children with a strong
commitment to education - Demonstrated knowledge of various stages
of social, emotional and intellectual development - Excellent leadership skills and
demonstrated managerial competence - Ability to guide staff in implementing a
developmentally appropriate curriculum - Strong communication skills, both verbal
and written - Highly organized with effective time
management skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and
changing situations effectively - Proficient in use of a desktop computer
and able to learn different software applications - Physical ability for activities with
children, i.e. jump, dance, walk, and run - Age: Female Between 35 – 40 years
