Logistics Assistant will undertake a variety of logistics and administrative
duties. The jobholder will facilitate daily safe transport services to the
passengers as required and assist with purchasing office supplies and
coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of equipment at the project
level.
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a High School or
Vocational School Diploma with a valid driving license. - At least two years’ experience driving in
the Country in a similar position. - The ideal candidate will possess
sufficient experience working as a driver for INGOs as well as handling
logistics and procurement responsibilities. - Ability to efficiently and effectively
ensure the end-to-end running of Field Office operations. - We are looking for someone who is highly
organized and has a strong drive for results and the ability to with a
project start-up. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and
foster trust and respect. - Self-motivated, highly organized, detail
oriented and good oral communication skills. - Strong team player
- Ability to use the computer with basic MS
office - Familiarity with traffic Laws and
Regulations
