- The ideal candidate for the Finance and
Administration Manager (FAM) job placement must hold an Honors Degree in
Accounting or Finance - The applicant must be a subscribed Member
of a CPA (U), ACCA or MBA added advantage. He/she must have passed O’
level with credits in English and Mathematics. - A minimum of five years of hands-on
practical experience in a busy organization - Working knowledge of SACCOs or
member-based organizations will be an added advantage. - The suitable candidate should have
experience in auditing, managing a finance department, human resources,
contracting/procurement and financial reporting skills. - Age: 30 years and above.
