Finance Trust Bank is a fully-fledged commercial bank serving a clientele of
over 350,000 depositors and over 28,000’ borrowers, through a network of 36
branches countrywide. The bank offers a variety of Products and services
including; Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills
payments to its target market which comprises of micro, small and medium
entrepreneurs, salary earners and youth.
Exchange Dealer will drive growth of the
foreign exchange business of the bank through the money markets.
Responsibilities:
- The
incumbent will analyze foreign exchange fluctuations to manage foreign exchange
position and deposits. - Manage
foreign exchange sales operations and keep track record of foreign
exchange transactions - Sell
the bank’s treasury products and facilitate negotiations with
customers involved and carrying out foreign exchange business - The
jobholder will deal with market analysis, risk exposure and evaluation
with the development of effective hedging tools. - Analyze
market fluctuations with respect to currency performance and providing
support to clients - Match
demand and supply of foreign exchange to maintain the required
foreign exchange and deposits with the bank. - Manage
foreign exchange trading functions in order to meet the bank`s goals
financially.
Experience:
- The applicants for the Finance Trust Bank Foreign
Exchange Dealer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field from a
recognized University. - A
minimum of two years of foreign exchange trading experience in a
commercial bank - ACI
Dealing Certificate - Any
professional qualification will be an added advantage - Strong
and in depth understanding of financial markets and structural
analysis with the desired technical exactness - Strong
analytical skills with capacities to produce effective Foreign Exchange
Sales - Familiarity
with trading strategies and tactics - Excellent
