Job Summary: The Security
Controller will regularly monitor and coordinate all activities of business
operations for safety and security interest using appropriate tools:

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will monitor, respond and
communicate through VHF Radio - Regularly monitor the alertness of the
guards through the same network by calling them - Monitor business operations using CCTV
surveillance cameras 24/7 - Monitor fleet movement 24/7 through GPRs
system - Preparing reports on exceptions and export
truck locations during transit or incident scenarios - Monitor Fire and Intruders alarm systems,
and report immediately any exceptions in relation to the above to relevant
officials using well developed communication matrix - Keenly monitor security situation within
the city and country wide through media by use of TV and Radio news flash,
and ensure information of need is passed to the security manager
immediately - Mann both the landlines and mobile cell
phone and be able to receive calls immediately and respond to those missed - Co-ordinate communication with, police,
security supervisor’s and security manager in an event of
incident/emergency - Receive and record all incidents on the
incident form and disseminate the correct information to the relevant
officials and stakeholders immediately - Support Movit staff, who may need security
assistance by providing guidance on what to do in liaison with the Movit
security team and other security agencies where applicable. - Work closely with the law enforcement and
other security agencies on matters of common interest.

- The ideal candidates for the Movit
Products Limited (MPL) Security Controllers job vacancies should hold a
minimum of UACE (Minimum of A’ level); - Additional qualification or experience in
security management/supervision; - Must have a clean criminal record;
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills in English:
ability to write and communicate orally in a clear and concise manner including
preparation of presentation reports.
