Job Summary: The Brand
Manager will be charged with creating a lasting impression among consumers and
improving Brand Sales and Market share.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Steer the development and execution of
business and strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the
brand; - Take lead of the cross-functional teams
that include Salon, graphic designers, experiential to develop and manage
brand objectives, goals and strategies; - Ensure the set marketing plan& mix for
the brand is followed; - Regularly monitor brand sales performance
market; - Measure and report performance of all
marketing campaigns, and assessment against set brand goals (ROI and KPIs)
and change tactical brand plans; - Lead, motivate and supervise the
activities of the brand team; - Manage the brand marketing budget;
- Partner with advertising agencies to set
communication strategies and develop advertising platforms/executions that
maximize business results; - Lead the commercialization and in-market
execution of product launches; and - Partner with the in-house creative’s
design innovation team to ensure proper insights, ideation, positioning.

- The ideal candidates for the Movit
Products Limited (MPL) Brand Manager jobs should hold Bachelor’s degrees
in a business related course with a post graduate qualification preferably
a Masters in Marketing/CIM - Driven by results and good leadership
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand
& marketing strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills - Professionalism, Customer care &
Relationship - Demonstrate sound work ethics and a proven
track record of integrity - Excellent product knowledge
- Professionalism and courteous at all times
