Supervisor will ensure smooth coordination of the manufacturing process by
supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Keenly monitor and supervise the
activities of the production assistants assigned - Maintain work flow on the production lines
by observing control points and equipment output. - Provide support in scheduling and
assigning work to production assistants. - Ensure that all production & operating
standard procedures are being followed - Maintain a safe and clean working
environment - Manage production assistant discipline
& grievances - Offer support in monitoring attendance of
production employees.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidates for the Movit
Products Limited (MPL) Production Supervisor careers should hold A’ level
certificates - At least two years work-related experience
as a production supervisor. - Broad knowledge and understanding of Good
Manufacturing Practices, techniques and principles. - Good supervisory skills.
- Coordinating, planning and organising
ability. - High level SOPs understanding.
- Good computer skills.
- High moral ethics and a team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable, assertive and focused.
