Job Summary: The Risk Advisors will be responsible for implementation of marketing and selling initiatives and collaboration of business development strategies to build and establish a strong brand identity for ultimate sales, business growth and profitability performance. They will be paid on a commission basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Follow up on pipelines, quotations and renewals
- Assess client needs and advise them on suitable products, pricing and any other required information
- Ensure timely Premium Collections and receipting of Client Premiums
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
- Avail client servicing through timely delivery of all documentation and follow-up with customers on all unresolved issues
- Maintain strong company product knowledge, policy features
- Maintain consistency in production and Sales performance
- Maintain and keep appropriate records of clients
- Collect market information and send feedback
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the Risk Advisor jobs should hold at least hold a diploma in business or related field from a reputable institution (C.O.P qualification, marketing experience and or training in sales/marketing, research will be an added advantage).
- Good working knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Programmes
- Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Persistence, Enthusiasm & Aggressiveness
- Excellence at building Contacts, networking and creating long-term relationships
- Good negotiation skills
- Visionary, Strategic & Creative
- Should be smart and presentable
