Responsibilities:
- In charge of building a diversified
network of donors and funders, to meet the current and future needs of
MIFA. - Establishing and promoting the brand of
MIFA, in carrying out publicity, raising awareness about the
organization’s work, a strategic thinker with strong understanding of
various developmental sources and the development sector.
Key Performance Areas:
- Fundraising: Developing, implementing and
monitoring fundraising strategies - Communications and Outreach: designing
strategies for communications and outreach
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business
Development, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, International
Relations, Public Administration and Business Administration. - At least five years’ experience in Grant
writing, fund raising and public relations. - Prior experience/ understanding of the NGO
development sector, is essential;
