1981 with a Vision to Excelling in Holistic Child and Community Development.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • In charge of building a diversified
    network of donors and funders, to meet the current and future needs of
    MIFA.
  • Establishing and promoting the brand of
    MIFA, in carrying out publicity, raising awareness about the
    organization’s work, a strategic thinker with strong understanding of
    various developmental sources and the development sector.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Fundraising: Developing, implementing and
    monitoring fundraising strategies
  • Communications and Outreach: designing
    strategies for communications and outreach
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business
    Development, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, International
    Relations, Public Administration and Business Administration.
  • At least five years’ experience in Grant
    writing, fund raising and public relations.
  • Prior experience/ understanding of the NGO
    development sector, is essential;
