Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Streamline and manage the contracts
portfolio - Settle backlog insurance claims and
process current ones - Responsible for the preparation, review
and renewal of the various agreements and ensure timely notification to
management of expiry dates - Conduct insurance placement by annual
tender for insurance policies and processing of claims - Conduct assessment of contentious matters
and offer legal advice on all company matters Coordinate debt collection
activities and maintain updated debt collection files
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicants for the TOTAL Legal Officer
career placement should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws with a Post
Graduate Diploma in Legal practice - A minimum of three years working
experience in a busy commercial or corporate organization - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills with the ability to build close-knit relationships with both
internal and external stakeholders - The applicant must be self driven, result
oriented with the ability to work under minimum supervision - Possess good analytical and decision
making skills with rigour of thought
