Job Summary: The Commercial & Joint Ventures
Manager will be representing the Company/Affiliate at meetings with Joint
Venture Partners and authorities, sharing information with the Joint Venture
network, formalizing decisions taken in meetings with Partners and Government
Authorities and ensure applicability, assist internally during audits,
negotiate with Partners and Authorities as may be required, maintain contact
with Exploration & Production Firms as well as Authorities, focal point for
mineral rights and contractual dispositions such as the Production Sharing
Agreements and any other Joint Venture Agreements and obligations, ensure the
Affiliate complies with the requirements of the various agreements.

- The ideal candidate for the TOTAL
Commercial & Joint Ventures Manager job vacancy should hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Legal, Business Administration or equivalent - At least fifteen years’ experience with
seven years in Oil & Gas exploration and production. - Broad working knowledge of upstream
petroleum techniques, management of Joint Ventures partners relationships
with authorities - Good knowledge of Legal, Contracts,
Finance and Management - Excellent supervisory, organisational,
communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a multicultural
environment
