foundation “Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung” (HRNS), a not-for-profit organization
established in 2005. With the objective of promoting sustainable development,
HRNS implements hands-on projects to improve working and living conditions of
small-scale coffee farmers. Its activities concentrate on the economic and
social development of producer communities by enhancing their competitiveness,
forming and strengthening farmer organizations, creating better market linkages
and promoting access to important support services, while at the same time
promoting sustainable coffee farming and long-term use of natural resources. Hanns
R. Neumann Stiftung Africa is implementing a new USAID-funded program addressing
climate change adaptation in coffee production.
Responsibilities:
- The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
will implement a monitoring/data collection system for program activities - Maintain an up-to-date program database
system - Carry outfield assessments and surveys
- Keenly analyse collected data Report
findings to program management
Experience:
- The applicant for the Monitoring &
Evaluation Officer vacancy must at least hold a Bachelor’s Degree - A minimum of seven years’ experience in an
M&E function - Solid experience with M&E tools and
systems - Ability to analyze and process data
- Excellent computer skills and experience
with data processing programs
