Job Summary: The Human
Resource Officer will be tasked with planning, developing, managing and coordinating
human resource strategies, and ensuring that HR plans support the achievement
of the overall objectives of the Institute.

- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized and
reputable University - At least five years’ experience in a
similar role and industry. - The position requires skills in HR systems
analysis, design, documentation, implementation and monitoring. - Ability to quickly establish credibility
and respect, think strategically, communicate effectively, demonstrate
leadership, team work and high unwavering ethical standards and values.
