About Us:
Water Compass is a US based NGO which seeks to prevent disease through
the provision of clean water, sanitation and hygiene promotion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Tasked with community mobilization
  • In charge of conducting assessments and
    field data collection
  • Responsible for facilitating Community-Led
    Total Sanitation (CLTS) workshops
  • Promoting hygiene practices through
    participatory methods
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or
    degree in social work, public health or community development
  • The applicant should have prior experience
    with CLTS and community mobilization
  • Knowledge of mobile phone data collection
    platforms
  • Hold a Valid motorcycle driving permit
  • Fluent in Luganda and English
  • Sense of humor and willingness to get
    dirty
