KK Group of Companies owns Golden Court Hotel in Arua.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Food and beverage stock control in all bar
and stores. - Computer operations control in points of
sales systems. - Work closely with the Store Keeper to
provide analyses of F&B stores consumption to handle the ordering of
Food and Beverage as exact as possible. - Input in the computer all bar stock
received. - Maintain the food inventory updated on a
daily in cooperation with the Store Keeper. - Carry out stock-taking in stores in
conjunction with the Store Keeper and the Accountant. - Input in the computer all the
requisitions. - Control and ensure that not a single item
leaves the stores without requisition. - Accounts for any stock transfer between
departments. - Inputs physical stock counts into the
computer system and analyze results highlighting the discrepancies for
additional counts or reviews. - Hold minimum with spot check on physical
inventories held in the bars, food and beverage stores. - Compiles a physical inventory routine for
each food & beverage locations. - Day to day supervision and management of the
responsibilities detailed above. - Run end of the day on all bar point of
sales. - Distribute daily sales analysis reports as
required. - Performs any other duty as requested by
His/Her superiors.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Food and Beverage Controller should
preferably hold a Diploma in Hotel Management, Foods and Nutrition
(professional) in service-related subjects (Bachelor’s degree would be an
added advantage) - At least three to five years’ experience
in similar role in any industry. - Age: 28 years and above.
