project named, Expanding and Strengthening Family Planning Service Options in
Uganda. The goal of the project is to
increase use of equitable, quality and sustainable family planning (FP)
services through increased FP service delivery options and demand for modern
contraception including long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs) and
permanent methods (PMs). Cross cutting themes include gender programing and
youth sexual reproductive health (SRH) services.
Officer is mainly responsible for overseeing multiple project systems including
human resources, compliance, office/facility management, and management of
project assets (such as vehicles and other equipment).
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Master’s degree in management, business, finance, or related field - A minimum of five years of facilities or
operations management experience is required; - Previous exposure and experience
coordinating operations between multiple offices is an advantage. - Familiarity with USAID compliance
requirements is preferred, including those related to procurement and asset
management. - Excellent past performance references are
