Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational issues of buses.
- Manage a team of drivers, conductors,
turmen, loaders, etc. - The incumbent will ensure punctuality in
arrivals and departures of buses. - Keenly track movement of the bus fleet and
ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are followed. - Attend to calls on enroute breakdowns,
accidents and other emergencies and provide necessary assistance. - The jobholder will co-ordinate with
workshop for timely repairs and availability of buses. - Allocate routes and shifts on directions
of GOM/GM - Compile and generate daily and monthly MIS
reports. - Ensure discipline and compliance of
company policy by team. - Attend to customer complaints and
grievances. - Facilitate inter-department co-ordination
for smooth operations - Advise and support higher management to
improve operations and maintain standards. - Assist in business promotion activities as
and when required. - Co-ordinate with and maintain good working
relationship with government agencies and departments.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a bachelor’s
degree in any field - A minimum of five to ten years’ experience
as a manager in the transportation industry - Age: 35 years and above.
