Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Lutheran World
Relief (LWR) M&E Officer job vacancy should hold a University degree
preferably in Social Sciences, International Relations and/or Development
or other relevant discipline. - Degree or training in M&E,
bio-statistical analysis, data management, or relevant fields; - Post Graduate diploma in M&E is a must
- At least five years’ experience with
Performance Monitoring and Evaluations for international development or
humanitarian programs; drafting M&E systems; developing M&E tools
and procedures with proven improvement at the level of organization; as
well as data collection and analysis - A minimum of three years’ experience
designing and implementing participatory project M&E systems - Excellent analytical, team work and
interpersonal skills, excellent documentation skills - Working knowledge of word processing spreadsheets,
data entry and analysis packages and databases (Microsoft packages, SPSS
etc.
