The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is
working in partnership with Safe Way Right Way (SWRW) and Transaid to support
heavy goods vehicle (HGV) and passenger service vehicle (PSV) driver training
in Uganda in anticipation of an increased demand for professional drivers in
the oil and gas sector and the wider transport and logistics industry in
Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Communications or Logistics
(desirable). - A minimum of three years relevant working
experience. - Good report writing and facilitation
skills - Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel and
Power Point. - Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in multi-cultural
environment. - Result-oriented and ability to take
initiative reach targets and respect deadlines - Provide high impact performance feedback
for staff. - Fluent English, both written and oral
