Job Summary: The Direct
Sales Executive will develop, maintain and increase a solid client base by
selling advertising airtime, commercial productions and providing a holistic
client service relations plan in order to optimize advertising budgets and
achieve set revenue targets to clients so as to maximize broadcasting sales
volumes and revenue targets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidates for the NTV Uganda Direct Sales Executive jobs must hold a good university
degree - At least two years working experience
(Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage) - Previous experience in broadcast/digital
sales - Possess clout and good persuasion skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships
with agency/direct clients with an aim of maximizing revenues - Possess media buying skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Possess in-depth knowledge and
understanding of the media industry in Uganda - Process a creative mind and be able to
think outside the box - Broad knowledge and understanding of
marketing communications mix and research fundamentals is mandatory
