Job Summary: The
Senior Sales Support Agent will be support the Qatar Airways sales force to
achieve and maximize the revenue targets by ensuring the commercial success of
the airline in the area of responsibility. The incumbent will provide
administrative, technical and logistical support to the sales team. The
jobholder will also support the Commercial Manager.

and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of Sales

effective, proactive communication of all sales activities/initiatives to the
Sales Manager and sales team, customers and other QR departments, to ensure QR
maintains profile and presence in the market.

Offer
support in the co-ordination of forums/workshops/marketing events as required
by the Sales Manager.

Customer Relations, Refunds issues, AD request, while feeding back to the Sales
Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
