Job Summary: The Outreach Coordinator will develop and manage a range of community outreach programs and lead the identification and engagement of inspiring community change makers

- Outreach Activities (30%)
- Administration (10%)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Sawa World Outreach Coordinator job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in community development or a related field
· Two to five years’ experience in working with vulnerable youth and communities
· Highly self-driven and can develop creative programming for the Outreach Team
· Very flexible with working hours and is able to travel across Uganda and work on weekends and evenings when needed.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and a solid understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Highly detailed oriented and has a professional and trustworthy personality
· Highly sociable and fun to be around.
· Possess a strong passion for eradicating poverty using local solutions among million of youth.
