Job Summary: The
Marketing Assistant will offer support in the implementation of policies which
help to give positive image of the organization to external bodies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
support in establishing and maintaining a press office for the organization,
which will provide a database of media information to be used in the promotion
of the organization’s aims and objective. And acquire information about the
charge of coordinating the acquisition of information in the media about the
company and any competition
in the production of public relations to promote the company image
respond to inquiries from the media, to ensure that a positive image
in drafting press releases to promote the aims of the company
in maintaining the website to ensure its up to date, informative and
technical advice and support on public relations’ issues to managers and staff
to ensure that the positive image of the company is promoted
in production of company brochures, leaflets, order forms and any other
publicity material required
charge of organizing company special events which include parties, hospitality
for guests, press conferences, interviews and promotions.
in productions of audio/visual copy for media adverts
any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business
Administration or any related discipline from a recognized university.
of a postgraduate qualification in public relations or journalism and customer
care is an added advantage.
least three years’ experience in public relations in a busy, large customer
service organization.
